FixMargin — Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) used on fixmargin.com and in the FixMargin application, operated by Quantix Prime Ltd trading as FixMargin. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Local storage is a similar browser feature used to remember settings. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) regulate cookies and similar technologies: some require your consent; others may be used without consent where a statutory exception applies (for example, technologies strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, or certain functionality and appearance settings), subject to the conditions of the relevant exception (Schedule A1 to PECR, in force from 5 February 2026). In particular, the statistical-purpose and appearance/functionality exceptions require clear information and a simple, free means of objecting.

Billing pages hosted by Stripe (checkout, invoices) are served from Stripe’s own domain and are covered by Stripe’s cookie policy (stripe.com/cookies-policy); we do not set Stripe cookies on fixmargin.com.
Analytics (consent required)

We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies, and we have chosen to keep analytics consent-based even where a statutory exception might apply.
3. Your choices
When you first visit we show a banner. Only cookies and similar technologies that do not require consent under PECR are used until you choose. You can accept or reject analytics there, and change your mind at any time via Cookie settings in the site footer or on this page. Rejecting analytics does not affect your ability to use the Service.
You can also block cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in.
4. Changes
We will update this page when the cookies we use change. Material changes will be reflected in a refreshed banner.
